Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 2, 2026

LB Beverage Company (“LB’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit drinklb.com, create an account, contact us, or place an order.

Information we collect

When you shop or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, order selections, pickup or delivery date, and messages. If you create an account, we also keep your account details and order history.

Our website and service providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, and security logs. Cookies and similar technologies help operate your cart, remember your session and preferences, and keep the site secure.

How we use your information

  • Process payments and fulfill orders, including shipping, local delivery, and scheduled pickup.
  • Send order confirmations, fulfillment updates, and account or password assistance.
  • Respond to questions and provide customer support.
  • Maintain your account and saved checkout information.
  • Prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, and maintain website security.
  • Keep business records and meet applicable tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

Payments and saved payment methods

Payments are processed through WooPayments and its payment partner, Stripe. Payment providers receive the information needed to authorize payments and help prevent fraud. We do not store your full card number or card security code on our website. We may receive payment status and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits.

If you choose to save a payment method, the payment provider securely stores the payment credentials and our store uses a reference to that method for future purchases. You can manage saved methods in My Account. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also subject to their providers’ privacy practices.

When information is shared

We share information as needed with providers that help run our store, including website hosting and support, WordPress and WooCommerce services, payment processors, email services, and shipping or delivery providers such as UPS when used for your shipment. These providers receive information needed for their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our customers, business, and website against fraud or misuse.

For details about our payment providers, see Stripe’s Privacy Policy and Automattic’s Privacy Policy.

Cookies and your choices

Essential cookies support features such as your shopping cart, checkout, login, security, and consent preferences. Where optional cookies are offered, you can manage them through the website’s cookie settings. You can also control cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the store from working correctly.

Content or links from other websites may be governed by those websites’ privacy policies. Please review their policies before sharing information with them.

Customer accounts

An account lets you view orders, manage billing and shipping addresses, and manage available saved payment methods for a faster return checkout. You can review and update your account information in My Account. Please keep your login details private. Password-reset requests may include technical information such as an IP address to help protect your account.

How long we keep information

We retain information as needed to provide services, maintain accounts and order records, handle support or disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements. Retention depends on the type of information and why it is needed. Deleting an account does not necessarily remove order or other records that we must retain.

Access, corrections, and deletion requests

You can update available account information in My Account or contact us to request access, corrections, or deletion of personal information. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Requests are subject to applicable law and any records we need to retain for business, security, or legal reasons.

Security

We use safeguards intended to protect information, including encrypted website connections and payment-provider processing. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children’s privacy

Our store is intended for general customers and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and address it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our store or practices change. The effective date above will indicate the latest update.
